USLLS ADR Blog

We, at USLLS ADR Blog, believe that sustained academic deliberation is required to ensure that the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution Law grows continuously, and becomes the mainstream solution to disputes. Our aim is to provide a conducive platform that fosters discussions and deliberations pertaining to the field of ADR. We hope to promote the culture of ADR and acquire the viewpoints of the various stakeholders in the field.

We accept and publish submissions from all the fields relating to ADR, subject to a rigorous double blind review process. We invite submissions from legal practitioners, ADR professionals, academicians, research scholars, and law students.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) is the first university established by the Delhi Government under the provisions of the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act, 1998. Its sprawling campus is nestled in the Dwarka area of the capital – an ideal location for a university which has the explicit objective of facilitating and promoting “studies, research and extension work in emerging areas of higher education with a focus on professional education”. University School of Law and Legal Studies

Established in 2001, University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is located in Dwarka, New Delhi, India. It is the first University to be in the vicinity of Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, various subordinate courts, commissions, tribunals and various monitoring offices of national and international voluntary organizations. The Law School aspires to open new vistas in the arena of law, legal studies, theoretical and clinical legal education through an incessant endeavour towards developing academic potential, critical analytical ability, advocacy, counselling and mediation skills so as to fully equip the students with learning which is intellectually stimulating, socially vital and professionally enriching.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Cell

The ADR Cell of the University School of Law and Legal Studies endeavours to instil various practical skills amongst our students who wish to pursue a career in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and to consistently aid their development so that they can pursue their goals and aspirations pertaining to the field of ADR. The objective of the Cell is to provide quality knowledge in the field of ADR as well as disseminating information on the cutting-edge issues surrounding the field of ADR.
