Legal Luminaries Lecture Series - The Road Ahead for ADR in India, 7th January,2023

In the evolving mechanism to make India a destination for arbitration and other dispute resolution techniques, the University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, took a step forward in opening the path for ADR by organizing Legal Luminaries Lecture Series as part of Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the University. The panel discussion with distinguished experts on the Future of ADR in India helped to find a timely and economical solution to the problems
