On 10th October 2021, the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU organised an International Webinar on the topic ‘ICA- Would it ever go ‘greener? Diversity, inclusiveness, sustainability, and cultural latitude in and through ICA’. The event was graced by Prof. Jair Gevaerd, FCIArb. He discussed the significance of green arbitration under contemporary international trade. He emphasised on the ideas of functional diversity, functional inclusivity, as well as functional sustainability, within the regime of international commercial arbitration and how it can be directly associated with access to justice and fairness.
